Pretty sad when I sound like I should be taken behind the barn and shot...LOL. Google "Grounding Therapy" for more info.

yes so far - been struggling with my right knee for over two years. Since I started sleeping on this my knee is I would say 90* better. Took a few months off running before winter and began working in short runs twice a week in Dec. and hoping I can bump that up come spring. My job finds me doing a lot of squatting and kneeling so I've tried to be more conscious of what I'm doing. So I'm not 100 percent sure if it works or if its a combination of thongs I've also been doing. But my knee does feel really good when I get out of bed and I'm able to sleep on my side more often so I feel its working. I feel now if things keep progressing my knee pain will be gone by summer. Fingers crossed!

Never felt better than taking care of the basics. Veggies from the garden daily, good sleep daily, and a great dump and daily movement of some sort.

Okay I felt stronger etc in my teens/20's, not my 60's. Woulda been even better with less beer and more of the above.

BTW now with an enlarged prostate (low psa) daily keegles are a game changer. It also makes a huge difference elsewhere
