I had to swap rims on my beater Pontiac Torrent due to bead leaks. Grabbed a set of Equinox rims.

Is there an easy way to get the TPM's to talk to the car?

Had reasonable success with this $20 Amazon learn tool

Just have to find out if you have the correct frequency tpms sensors and know how to put your car in learn mode.

I’ve used a similar one from Amazon on the Cadillac since 2016. Works well.
