    Recaro seats

I’ve been wanting better seats in my car for years but I don’t want it look like I put new seats in an old car.
Maybe that doesn’t make sense? Wanting something 90’s looking.
There’s a tone of recaro’s on kijiji and FB market place.
Any of them more comfortable than the others? Maybe some fit in the car better then the others?
There’s a pair of recaro LE on FB right now that have me interested.
Also think it might look funny putting black seats in mostly grey interior.
    Thoughts?

As long as there are some other black elements, I think black seats look right at home in a mostly grey interior. I’m biased tho…

Recaro seats, there is a substantial difference in both comfort and performance seat to seat. What I find, the more retro versions, while still much better vs stock fall well short of the comfort and performance of something like an SRD or similar. Also feel black seats in a mostly grey interior look fine.
My advice, buy the ones that make your ass happy, maybe even at the expense of how your eye see's them.
Corbeau also make a few really nice seats that won't break the bank plus options for bolt in brackets n sliders. When it comes to sliders, always opt for a double lock type, single feels fine when new but soon after allows the seat to move just enough to drive you nutz.

LMR has the recaro specific double lock sliders. Not cheap but that’s what I’ll get.
I agree on the gotta sit in it to see, but my location makes everything far away.

The seats in your old cobra were awesome.

Recaro SRD, had them in my Fox, 2000GT and both my red Cobras.
Corbeau offer some retro looking covers if custom order.

The patterned material in the center is perfect but looking for something less modern in the head/shoulder area.
