Looks like and excessive amount of carbon build up. Didn't watch whole vid, is it premix or oil injected? What ratio do they run it at, have you tried other cleaner oils or are you locked into the mfgs oil only? In 2 stroke sled engines, difference in carbon build up is dramatic oil to oil mfg.
