I am building my own detailing keg and buying parts have been an interesting experience. If I had to do this again I’d recommend buying one done.

One of my sons is detailing at Trillium Ford in Shelburne. He also has been doing ceramic coating a graphite (I think graphite is correct term) lol - I'm still a turtle wax guy (more or less) leaning more to the less. Getting old! —He's doing well there and it seems to be a good place to work.

Bought and Installed Sealight LED fogs (on amazon) on the Shelby to replace one that had burnt out. Very reasonable price. Hoping they last.

Congrats to him! That is awesome to hear. It is actually called graphene coating. It is supposedly more durable than the traditional SiO2 coatings but I personally have not tried it. SiO2 (Aka Ceramic) is next level to a polymer sealant. Durability and resistant to chemicals is improved compared to waxes and sealants. Give it a try.
