That would fit my 99 GT. I m thinking bout getting that done this year. Do the upper n lower control arms come off??..Wheel alignment? Better traction on the straight and curves?

Quite simply put, it will substantially improve your cars handling both on the street and track by making the rear end just that much more planted. One small downside, on many exhaust systems, requires mods to the tail pipes (many require mod to only right side). Upper arms are removed when installing a Torque arm (game changer mod).
Con: not having done it sooner
No. upper and lower control arms stay on.
No. rear wheel alignment?
No. I wouldn't say better traction. Better control, so i guess better traction through better control?
I can't really comment on the better traction aspect because I did my pan-hard bar in conjunction with a torque arm system. The torque arm definitely provides better traction.

Do it you will love it. I have it on my fox with no torque arm and with the upper control arms of course and there was a noticeable difference in handling and I think in traction as well. Noticed it most on turns, ramps etc...
Well worth it.
I also upgraded to Bilstein shocks, Eibach springs and sway bars and the rest of MM road and track package but pan hard bar was added after most of the other items were on for a few years. Last upgrade was the new sway bars.
