Thought this might be an appropriate spot for this interesting story:
Blair Babcock was an avid hockey and baseball card collector when he was a kid. Later on in high school he becomes a Hip fan, and when they released the song "Fifty Mission Cap" he goes back and finds a Bill Barilko card.
'I stole this from a hockey card - I keeped tucked up under - My fifty-mission cap'
Then later while at Queen's University, his roommate's sister is friends with members of the band, and manages to get the card signed by all of them for him.
Ten years ago, Blair's father dies of glioblastoma.
Now, after Gords death from the same cancer, Blair is putting the card up for auction with the proceeds going to charity and research.
