Thanks for your input, I'm afraid of selling one garage queen for another.. I'm within 25-30min of a couple nice spots for boating but that's not as convienant as having it at a cottage.

Have to think about this for a bit, hate to sell mustang and regret it.

Buy the boat (keep the mustang) use it for the rest of the summer and then decide over the winter which one you want more and sell one in the spring when prices are high for either.

I had a boat for a year, used it 3 times. You'll use it lots if you have a cottage by the lake. Otherwise loading everything up for a couple hours on the water gets old pretty fast.

Boats are awesome if you're single and rich. Otherwise they cost a shit tonne of money for very little use.

You guys are buying the wrong boats. Boats can be awesome.

I think Vehicle > Boat but that's just because there is only so much you can do on a lake unless it's a Great Lake or it connects to other lakes. I love going to my parents cottage but being a small and very busy lake it gets boring after an hour. ATVing and Sledding is SOOOOOO much better! Endless possibilities!
