Best of Luck today ZR & a SPEEDY RECOVERY. :oldman:
Speedy recovery Rick!
Keep us up to date Rick. All will go good. Talk soon brother!!
Few on trails shots from yesterday.
Bulk of the trails in excellent shape with a few icey corners.
No trip there is complete without sledding up to the look out.
Last day of me owning the Arctic Cat, got home n passed it along to Ross. Not sure if he's gonna keep it or sell n use towards a car this summer.
Somebody has to show you how it’s done Rick. I don’t mind.
Back to reality. Thank you very much sir. I had a great time.
Best of luck today.
Thanks to all.
Heading out.
Best of luck Rick.
You having a good time away?
A great time!
Good luck Rick. I am not sure you know, but Rhonda had knee replacement surgery exactly 2 months ago on January 24. Full replacement with a titanium insert. They had her up and walking the same day. Within a month she was walking with a cane only, and for the past week she can walk without a cane altogether. Not quickly, but last week we walked around the local mall and made a complete circuit. She's even cleared to drive again.
The surgery was done at Southlake in Newmarket, and they are amazing. Treatment by all attending was above and beyond. Not sure exactly what your problem is compared to hers, but the key to getting back on your feet is positive thinking and to obey the physio 100%.
Nice way to prepare prior to the surgery . All the best ZR. Hope you have a quick recovery.
Everyone I came into contact with at Markham Stouffville took excellent care of me yesterday. Doctor is pleased with outcome and back home by dinner time. Honestly, worst part, sore throat from the breathing tube but not so bad. Meds are keeping the knee / leg comfortable enough, hopefully a day or two and I can replace with just Tylenol. Walking with a cane but damm it ain't pretty to watch, wonder if I can adapt it to use clutch in the Cobra. Guess good planning when I went with the light pedal dual disc McLeod last yr.
Parrot beak meniscal tears are a type of obliquemeniscal tear which is connected in one plane and displaced in the other plane. Its appearance on axial images is curved like a crescent and is likened to that of aparrot's beak. The tear gap has a curved V-shape

Good to hear , SPEEDY RECOVERY ! I'll give u a day off before we start Jogging tomorrow ! :oldman:
glad all went well Rick
Did they TIG or MIG it back together? ;)
All the best for a complete and speedy recovery.
Neither, jacked the old prick up and added a Whipple for more power.
Was told they now do knee replacements as a day surgery, amazing.
Good to hear you are on the mend.
Great to hear it went well brother! Thought of you a lot yesterday.
Great to hear Rick, good to be able to be back at home for the recovery.
I know after both of my knee surgeries (different operation, so not sure how the treatment works for your operation), but the most important thing was doing the physio. the more work you put in (as prescribed by the physiotherapist and your surgeon) during the recovery, the better you will be for years to come.
You will be back to 100% in no time
Took a chance n stopped heavy pain meds yesterday at noon, doing ok on just reg Tylenol. Started prescribed exercises at the one day point, lil tender but did better vs what I'd expected. Hobbling around with cane n doing fine there as well. Nothing but a win so far.
Get better soon man, spring track is coming in May. I hear seniors get a discount. Lol seriously get well soon man, need to get together for some grub and catch up after that long winter.
We have a walker, bath seat and extended toilet seat if you need them. Rhonda used them when should couldn't bend the knee enough to sit down.
