Good call, yea they aren’t too loud until they get a year old or 15k or so on them, just keep up on the rotations and you should be fine.

My duratracs were extremely loud after 10k or so.. vibrations started at around 20k
Felt like a new truck when I put the Falkens on.
^ Your results are typical.
For a few hundred bucks for new tires I'll shake em and roll em on this one. If they get bad after a year I'll swap em for some BFGs or Wildpeaks.
Airlift 57365
Did you read the mixed reviews regarding complaints about internal bump stops (or am I thinking another brand??).
Air Lift 1000 on my own truck, leaking like a fawker at under 2yrs old. Same results two others I know with them.
These are the 5000 series bags. So they are the heavy duty kind with push lock air connectors and big beefy steel mounts. Not the inside the spring style bag. Had no luck with that style.
Also on the internal bump stop/factory jounce bumper removal. I think a lot folks misunderstand the "5psi minimum" in the instructions. If you go a bit further it explains that unladen you can go 0psi, 5psi is the minimum loaded pressure. 5psi in these raised the back of my truck 1", would surely ride stiffer as a result.
(EDIT)
Load Lifter 5000 Utlimates have an internal bump stop (like a timbren) these are just the standard 5000's so assuming should ride like nothings there when no psi in bags.
Good to know.
Will likely opt for the 1000HD on my next go round.
Just installed the 1000HD's on my brother's RAM.

and some carnauba
Just had coils/plugs done on our 1999 V10 Super Duty. Originals lasted 20 years and 100,000kms of pure abuse. Pretty decent I guess
Put the I-Pikes on today. A bit early for Niagara, but I’d rather do it and not need them then wait and get screwed doing it in the cold or rain.

I sold my 2012 FX4.
Buyer said it’s headed to Michigan so I only had to remove the plates, sign the ownership and cash the bank draft.
(No cert, Carfax, sellers package etc).
Super easy transaction.
Not surprised, as hot as the truck market is here, pales in comparison to demand across the border.
My plow truck decided to piss oil everywhere. Of course this could not have happened in milder temperatures! Noticed the bolts were loose when I came to repair. Could have just tightened them but I already had the gaskets. Relieved it was only a $5 part compared to another truck!

Good thing I didn't just tighten the bolts. It lasted 26 years!

Good catch
Just drug out the block heater timer and plugged mine in for the first time this year. F these temperatures.
Also taking bets on if I attempt to drive off with it plugged in tmra...
I'd like to plead the fifth...
In my years of driving diesel in an effort to never forget, also looped it up n over the drivers side mirror to avoid an embarrassing moment.
They should make a magnetic plug like on the Apple laptops.
Attachment 18644 Back Rack installed. Plow light goes on tonight.
Leveling kit up front or Timbrens?
Ready Lift 1.5” leveling kit.
Front is a little bit higher than the back right now because I have approximately 700 pounds of sandbags in the back.
Did you trade in your new PPII for this truck?
Yes. It might still be at Heritage. Also traded the RS for another Bullitt. Wifey missed the Bullitt so I got her one for her birthday. I’m sticking with the 2005.
Ram got some much needed love, fresh fill of syn oil n new filter plus finally installed the bolt on rear flaps to better protect lower rear edge of the box plus keep snow from piling up on the backside of the bumper. Once done, followed up with a major splish splash, clay bared then polished n hand rubbed coat of wax.
Looks great!
Well thank you Scott.
Funny how it looks straight black in the pics, in person you can see it's black pearl.
Drove it to Red Deer....

Had some front inner fender liners installed on the Super Duty today. Have been using these since 2013 and they work awesome. Greatly reduces engine compartment corrosion due to salt and mud spray. Designed and patented by a local Ford Master Technician.

Kind of ridiculous how so many trucks don't come standard with front and rear inner wheel well splash shields in place.
For anyone interested / considering flaps like these, doing a bang up job of keeping snow from piling up on the backside of the bumper n freezing solid.
