Worked out 4x this week after a month off (brother died so i have been eating and drinking too much!).....feeling better need to drop 8 pounds to get back in shape.

How's everyone's diet going? I went all out on the weekend and wasn't proud of it. Cola addiction is still in check (haven't had a pop in over 2 months and counting). Diet is going well and sticking to it since Monday. Getting lots of greens in my food and getting some tofu in there.
Doing extremely well here. Worst I've done in three weeks, fries with my wing night dinner yesterday.
Alright its about time I join you guys here, I'm 27 have no excuses, being off work I've been depressed and am getting no physical activity and its showing.
Ive started trying to get my meals in order the first step is breakfast smoothies.
Ive had one daily for about a week now and love them. Water vegan protein powder (2serving of veggies and 20g) and whatever fruits I'm feeling normally a mixture of apple, banana and mixed berries.
Next stop is to kill my cola addition, I know its shit but it tastes so good.
