alright......today was the 4th day back training after the long break
my schedule goes 4 days on....one day off
1) chest/delts
2) legs
3) back/traps
4) arms
5) day off
rinse and repeat
while I felt outta gas on day 1.....days 2-4 felt like I didn't really miss a beat after 6 weeks off
I'm chalking up day 1 to the first day back and kinda feeling weird in the new space and second-guessing myself
my body from neck-to-knees feels like it's been hit by a truck and run over by a bus.....and I phucking love it
suffice to say....regardless of what you can bench, squat or deadlift....the strongest part of your body is in between your ears
