the new thigh-extension/leg-curl apparatus I bought about 2 months back is paying dividends now on the squat rack
it isolates the quads and hamstrings so much better than the old piece that my legs are right in the zone for squats....going deep....real good form....knees feel great

29 sets in all with heavy forward lunges, stiff-leg deadlifts and thigh-ext/legcurls
takes a while to dry off after that
