Need suggestions for a healthy supper. I'm sitting here ready to gnaw my arms off! Dieting sucks!
Same with, what is everyone doing for lunch?
Focus more on vegetables. They fill the hunger gap without the fat/calories.
carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber, green pepper....you'd be surprised how much extra you can shed in a week just by filling a large margarine container every day with these items and munching on them throughout the day. Heck, even fill a small container with some sort of dip to make 'em more tasty. ie: ranch dressing
Any other thoughts Tom?
I can't make veggies a main focus cause of meds.

Day 2 and still sticking to healthier eating and smaller portions. Going out for supper with friends tonight where I'm ordering grilled salmon and veggies. As soon as the snow melts it onto my new bike. I hope I can stick to this!

Yeah I'm not getting into a contract. They have a commitment free program. It's a little bit more than a contract, but saves the hassle if I ever decide to leave.
I cheated this weekend. Beer, wings, chicken burger, fries, pizza.....Broke you are a bad influence on me! The damage wasn't too bad. Gained 2.5lbs. It was worth it.
ok after morning morning bathroom routine, i weighed in at 254lbs. Now I go to the field for the next 4 days and eat rations. I should be down a few pounds by thursday.

I need to get rid of about 50 pounds, that sure would be nice. I would like to be down about 20 pounds by end of April....we shall see.
I woke early to make a nice breakfast, I have packed a veggies and a yogurt for lunch instead of going to Quiznos for a big ass sub, also packed my water bottle to drink lots of water through out the day.
Going to cut it down to 1 diet Pepsi a day (my worst problem is pop)
And last no large triple triple coffee from timmies.

Which was a bit of a surprise because I thought I was about 10-15lbs heavier than that.
Anyway, I'd like to drop 100lbs.
Strange weighed in at 207.5lbs , but I feel more pilsbury dough than when I was working out and 218lbs . Goal is to trim the handles and the gut . So not just looking at the lbs factor . Good luck and hope you reach your goals . I think for my end its to be more active . Mediteranian diet for me Greek salad , souvlaki , Metaxa 5 star , and train like a Spartan ( my azz) the last part sounds tiring .

A few tips for the pop drinkers. It was a weakness of mine as well. I've managed to convince my body Gatorade G2 tastes just as good.
591ml is only 50 Calories and 12 carbs, 12 grams of sugar.

Don't drink pop, or water unless absolutely parched , too many reg coffees average size M x 6 .Need to drink more water .
Switched to green tea as of today.
Fried egg on a muffin this am, dumped the ketchup and bacon bits, yea it tasted like crap. LOL
Also cut out the two large glasses of grapefruit juice.
Go to your local nutrition store and get a jug of this.
It will turn your water into Fruit punch and give you lots of energy.
Drink it before or during your workouts.
