He's not that bad if he has a few track days in him. But don't get me started on the board mods. ;)

Ever since we got this Coffee Maker in the office we've all be drinking enough caffeine to raise the dead.
Bought coffee maker for the house at Christmas, fawk it was nice to kick Tim's to the curb.
Enjoying my 3rd coffee as we speak. Always have a coffee when I get home from work to wind down.
Damn, just spotted a Nissan S15 Silvia. Now that’s JDM.

Man oh man time flys.
Short note on your parts vendors.
They would love to tell you your parts are available in short order or even better in stock and ready for you to come in and pick up right now. During Covid, parts supply chains have been crippled to the point there is a long wait for even common parts with others on back order with no idea if and when they be available again. Just as frustrating, in the middle of an install and stuck for the smallest, most common part which is now days instead of minutes away. Cut the guys some slack, they really do want your business and are working harder than ever to keep that grin on your face.
Frustrating times for all of us.
These slow times suck. But I guess we’ve become too comfortable with same day or next day delivery that we just take it for granted. We’ve got it good as just imagine living in a remote location or an island country. Shipping times would suck.
Luckily our supply chain has not disappointed us yet. I know we had a crystal shortage for our pcb assembly but otherwise the “microchip” shortage has not affected us nor has the raw material shortage.
Still waiting on my exhaust. Been over a month now. Should be here some time next month. In the meantime I still gotta install my headers and the Magnaflow exhaust will complete my entire setup. Already got intake, TB and x pipe. Only thing for power I could do now is port the intake manifolds but that’s if I want high end power which I don’t.
We have parts on order we hope to have late Aug or early Sept.
Late deliveries are a regular occurrence at my work. I was following up on an order earlier this week that was scheduled for delivery yesterday, when I called the vendor they informed me that delivery would now be late July. I was checking p&d for a bearing the other day and the lead time was 28 weeks. Unfortunately this is the norm right now.
Yep. Lots of stuff still on back order. Seems fridges and freezers are the worst.
Some manufactures have flat out said there are some products that they are not producing now in favour of getting more poplar stuff out ASAP.
My New tractor is sitting at the dealer waiting for the mower deck that is suppose to be in next week. But the back hoe attachment we are getting with it is on back order until at least September.
It is, what it is. People just need to realize that the poor people working at the stores don’t need to be yelled at.
Went to a local bike shop yesterday to pick up a new tire. While there, I inquired about a new road bike. Owner said... 'forget about a new bike until next summer'. :frown-new:
Yep.
People don’t realize that it dosnt matter if it’s auto or agg or tv’s. A lot of the small components come from a handful of manufacturing plants.
There are bidding wars going on to get tings prioritized.
Seen a control board this week that we have been able to get for years at about $100 cost.
It’s now $300.
Just seen a comp orange, cobra? Go by.
Anyone on a cruse threw Bayfeild?
Same peeps were finding last summer.
???
Just saw end part of a commercial

Yeah, Ford ran out of names. I guess they didn’t want to recycle “Courier”?
Nifty little truck. Seen some 2-door extended cab renders, much better looking.
<-this guy hates 4-door pickups. No offence to all the Ram owners, LOL
Yup...http://www.torontomustangclub.ca/for...light=Maverick
It is too bad that Ford can't dream up new names. Maybe all the names have trademarks on them?? LOL
Took part in a 24hr race on Iracing this weekend...
Finished 2nd in my class with a chance to win it.
Drove for 6hrs and spotted for 15+ hours.
Exhausted.
Went for a drive with the wife yesterday evening. Pretty much just pointed the car North and just drove and looked at all the rich people houses and farms. Wife was happy to see the houses, cows, horses and a rabbit trying to cross the road but I made sure to not run it over. On our way back down Airport Rd, there was a RIDE check lol. Good thing I don’t drink and drive. Once we got home we had tequila.
At some point I’m gonna start playing The F1 game on my XBOX ONE. I’ve got a Logitech steering wheel and also a shifter for other games if needed. I set it up on an Omega steering wheel stand which also has a mount for the shifter. I just find it awkward to sit on my non-FIA approved IKEA couch lol. Omega does have an attachment for the wheel stand that allows you to bolt up a racing seat to it which is cool and locking caster wheels to move it around. At some point I’d like to get that. I just play in front of my 65” tv. I don’t want to get too crazy into setups like yours but yours is cool. I’ve seen crazier setups. Fanatecs and 3 monitors, etc.
Picked up a fresh battery for the fox and the boat.
Funny enough.. same day I get a new battery is the same day I get a silly offer on it.. doubt the guy was serious, don’t plan on selling either way. Hopefully put some mileage on it this year.. I slacked last summer.
Note to self: pack a winter tire, jack, and wrench when taking the Mini to the cottage on a weekend.
Sort of. I took the Mini to work last week to stretch it’s legs and clear the fault code from the O2 sensor. There’s some pretty deep pot holes in the parking lane.
Picked up a nail somewhere. Mini has no spare. Nothing is open on the weekend in small town Picton.
Looking to add some BBK headers to my motor build. I have a car back borla a type mufflers. Does it matter if I go shortys or long tubes ? I don’t want to replace my exhaust.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No, zero nada gains with shorty headers.
Long tubes plus req'd mid pipe will bolt right up to your cat back.
BBK, price is good, fit on the 2v and 4v has been great as well.
Ceramic coated and catted H pipe and your golden, chrome version rust quickly.
