Brought my intake back up just enough I don't feel sick / light headed all day, put 2lbs back on.
Down 2 lbs since last week....5 lbs total! Friday weight 269.8 lbs.
I have been sticking to the "Lose it app" and I am already down about 5 pounds. I eat roughly 1800 calories a day and for a guy my size that doesn't seem like much, but that also includes my morning and afternoon snacks.....
Down a couple lbs from last week - not much exercise going on so far, but really watching calorie intake and eating balanced meals every day.
192 lbs today.
The lose it app is great!! I love the scan the barcode feature! Makes it easier!!
