^^^celebrating a successful fuel pump install?
Actually, got a raise at work but drank it….
Bubble Tea IPA from Rorschach Brewing: wasn't sure what to expect given the description but was quite tasty. Enjoyed it this afternoon sitting on the porch enjoying the sunshine. It's their anniversary weekend so they were adding tapioca to the draft pours at the brewhouse.
Tasting Notes:
Bubble Tea has taken the world by storm due to its delightful combinations of flavours and texture from the added tapioca pearls (NO TAPIOCA PEARLS ARE IN THIS CAN). We attempted to recreate this iconic drink in beer form. Brewed with wheat, oats & lactose sugar, and conditioned on black tea & condensed milk.

Another week on the road, in Newfoundland until May 6 the, Quidi Vidi brewery is always a favourite of mine when here, Squeeze Box is an excellent New England IPA. Tried Old Dominion ale earlier In the week, barely drinkable.

Should have gotten more of the Cookin’Quote:
Cookin: Hazy IPA with Experimental HBC 1019, AU Galaxy and NZ Rakau. Notes of nectarine, mango, and pina colada.
Good, easy drinking beer.
