Using the Touchless, while it does take most of the salt off, seems like it leaves behind a layer the builds just a lil bit more each go round.
Touchless is almost useless, I don't wash the DD much in the winter but just take it to Shammy's when it get real bad particularly inside.

I'm not sure if the shiat they are spreading on the road just plain hangs on that well or they are all cheating too hard on the quality of detergent used. Either way, best case is it washes off the bulk of the salt, removes little to no actual dirt.
When I've gone in to discuss with the operator of the local Esso, says what do I expect it to look like since the truck was so dirty. My reply is always the same, expect it to look washed va rinsed only. While it's better vs straight water on rinse cycle at the coin wash across the street, it doesn't win by a very large margin.
