Cool… neighbors brother ordered filters from Rock Auto and sent him wrong ones. Guess they said keep them and we’ll ship you right ones. The ones he got happen to be for my car and is giving me 5 of them. Sweeeeeet!

Interesting negotiating with job seekers too - this week we were putting out an offer to someone (20-something) - they asked for $68K to $78K so we offered $73K, in the middle since they don't have experience in our industry (but have adjacent experience). They countered with $83K (huh?). We said we're offering $73K given their profile and they accepted. Possibly a retention risk but puzzling negotiation strategy.
