And the drivetrain is ready to go in.
Engine/trans harness cleaned up and retaped
Alot of painting and cleaning of bolts
Alot of minor details cleaned up to make it just that much cleaner of an install.
Also installed my new Mcleod clutch. I believe it's called the Super Street single disc.
New flywheel and release bearing etc
I also have swapped out the underdrive pullies and went with aftermarket balancer.
Swapped to the short water pump setup aswell.
Found a good set of used 39lb Cobra OEM injectors.
All new gaskets throughout
New ford oem motor mounts
The one major hurdle, my freaking BBK headers have a 2inch crack in the passenger side header.
I am pretty bent about it tbh. No impact on them or anything. We have bandaid fixed it for now as we couldn't get headers fast enough. Pretty annoying for only being 2years old and only acouple of thousand km's on them....
Anyways
It looks like a million bucks. Super happy with how it turned out.

What did it make?
Attachment 39879
After 750km's of driving and breaking in the motor and clutch, we threw it on the dyno at DCT to see what this new combo would make.
Being told it would make anywhere from 410-430, to realistically thinking it would be high 300s to it making what it did... a bit disappointing honestly.
The new numbers are 342/330
+60 horsepower & 11ftlbs of torque
(Red new, green old)
The biggest thing is, as you can see from the graph below from the old numbers, it has gained significantly more power in the upper range of the RPM curve.
It was pretty much done making power at 5,000rpm... now it makes power to about 5800-6k rpm before it starts falling off.
I still have yet to contact MHS about what happened... but ya.
I am on the lookout for a TFS Street burner intake manifold, we think my stock intake might be holding it back.
This combo was suppose to make power to 6400ish rpm (where the stock manifold is suppose to be good to)
Was able to take it to track day, and it was okay. Was having a really hard time shifting it and with the track being wet in spots, not really sure if it was faster or not. Definetely pulls out of the corners alot harder.
Excited to go back on a day/night when the track is dry and you can really ring it out.
Big thanks to ...
Lou @ Barone Performance for getting alot of the parts for the builds
Beatty and woods for putting this combo together for me in a timely manner
Rick Booth (ZR) for putting it together with me and answering my million questions about things

FINALLY!
I have found the perfect intake for my car over Ebay. Thanks to my dad for looking at the same time
Found a Street Burner TFS intake with a Track heat upper (bigger TB) that has been ported by Wilson Manifolds in the US. Wasn't cheap... but hopefully it will be worth it.
Get it in a week or so!!!!
