First cup of coffee made this morning with the Aeropress. Neat little gadget I wish I bought a while ago, makes a great cup and now I can stop dropping stacks at Tims. However I am scared I'm going to start going full diesel on my intake with this thing at my desk...

If your in Toronto often and love coffee you need to visit this coffee shop - not because my daughter manages it (but that's a good reason) but because it is fantastic coffee and more - It's a bit of a hideaway across from the new Lambo dealership on the east side of the 404, and often celebrities can be found there hiding out...

Funny thing, anniversary with wife stayed at Shangrila hotel. Early for check in so had coffee ( French press)
More than $20 I fainted ( inside) lol

lol - I don't think it's expensive to buy a cup when there - the coffee is so creamy and smooth and you can get a completes system there and there beans to make your own any time and it's very simple to get a great cup of coffee - I believe they even show people how easy it is - checked out the website

Nice selection of green beans.

Back when we were roasting our own beans we used to order from the GreenBeanery.
We have now succumbed to the simplicity of Nespresso.

But there was nothing like it: freshly roasted beans, toss them in the Gaggia ....mmmmmm

Thanks for the insight, so far I've made it with some Kicking Horse, crazy the difference the Aeropress makes vs my standard coffee maker. Reducing the bitterness was a huge factor for me, so i dont need sugar.
