Waited too long for an oil cooler to arrive, opened the box, damaged. Figures, could not get local, vendor n BC was slow to ship, Canada Post dicked me around for an extra day cause they couldn't find it at the local office. The shipping box looks fine, box inside is killed, ya, damaged before they box'd n shipped it.
Pricks!!!
Yup, not cool at all.
If it arrived damaged and vendor won't help then your credit card will help - it is a "goods not as described" (eg. different or damaged) chargeback. You also have the 90 day purchase protection but if they shipped it damaged then I'd use the chargeback option.
Gave the crankcase on the Daily a SeaFoam treatment.
Results: Inconclusive.
Bought through Amazon, we'll see how it plays out with them. Policy is to allow vendor 3 days to respond or make arrangements to correct then charge back. If they drop the ball, bought on Amex, know they'll have no issue with a charge back.
WTF?

Sunburn has reached insane itch stage, sleep has become nonexistant. I am fueled by Caffiene. Itch needs to subside soon. Beginning to hallucinate and refer to myself in third person plural. I hope for the sake of us it stops soon.

^^ bottles watered down , small teen gatherings in the house , pool stuff strewn all over the place .
Joy man !
haha bottles watered down. Those were the days
guilty here too. went as far as taking the smallest amount out of many bottles to create a single flask of "rocket fuel" to try to go unnoticed. It worked for a bit but eventually they all started to show. it ended up being easier to blackmail my older bro into supplying for me once he made his fake ID (using those rub on letters that came in a Frosted Flakes box of all things). ahh, those were the days.
It's actually funny when we look back and joke about it with my dad and siblings , my moms still in denial that I would do something like that , even after I admitted guilt lol
my dad got a real kick outta the stories about how my bro and I would take the car when he was sleeping when we told him years later ...
Lol. I used to drive my dad's LSC to school sometimes when I was 15. It used to sit in the driveway after he got a company car. I was the last to leave the house in the morning...how could I not take it? :)
Haha @ 15 I took dad's 90 Chevy Sport around the block and did some burnouts while he was at work the neighbors called the cops but I split before they showed up...lol...my sister was left to explain :D she still remembers because the cop did the old feel the warm hood trick...so many stupid things I did surprised I am still here :)
Note to self, have a peek around before you decide to let the car go a little! Almost shit my pants after I hit 3rd gear spinning tire and there was a police explorer coming up behind us...
Not one of my brighter moments to say the least, I think he took pity on me for being a complete moron and just drove past me hahaha
Buy a lottery ticket :)
^^^why, do you think he has more luck to be spent?
