Sticking it out with the walking here.
Cool how something so simple can go so far towards making you feel better.
Slowed the pace down today and did heavy chest with lots of rest between sets.
Really been stressing out lately and fell off the workout bandwagon for the better part of the entire week. Going to get back on the horse Sunday starting off with leg day.

Doc has had my walking sidelined for a lil over a week. :(
Did some chest and back utilizing a push/pull system. Then finished the workout with some unorthodox deadlifts :D
Its only a 300lb deadlift but 4 sets at the end of the workout and the fact that its not perfectly balanced makes it a different ball game!

Did some more unorthodox training - ran 6 km, but the first 2 km were backwards and the remaining 4 were forward. My quads/hamstrings/calves were all smoked by the time I got home; so I did good Lol :D
Did shoulders today and then had some fun with the "dirty dancing" lift afterwards :D
