AWD Edge here. It is very good in the snow. Lousy on gas, but good in the snow.
In AWD trim and snows, Edge is amazing in the snow.
Tires make all the difference, problem is people hear SUV or worse yet "Jeep" and assume that means auto all weather invincibility.
Fixed ;)
My old CRV has “real-time 4wd”......whatever that means, and snows and it’s awesome in the snow, my wife has a newer Cherokee Trailhawk, had 4wd but still on the oe Firestone Destiantion A/Ts (my favourite a/t truck/suv tire) and it’s better than my Honda, no plans for snows in that one.
Have a fwd Santa Fe with snows, tried last night for shits and giggles to get it stuck in the windrow at the end of the driveway. No way, no how even as I tried.
