I was reading in National Geographic that no matter what we in North America do to fight green house gases, the effectiveness is reduced from 100% to 46% because of the pollution coming from China.

SO...how is this our fucking problem??? Get China to pay for the clean up.

I was just quoting from an October 2016 National Geographic article that also had a chart (map) showing the routes the pollution takes. Yes North America produces pollution but not nearly as much as what is coming from the far east.

China is still building coal fired electric production facilities at an alarming rate.

Also if a country is producing 1/3 of the world's pollution, don't you think they should be paying the lion's share of the costs?
