Outside Leo’s Taxi Thursday, a man in shorts and a T-shirt stood smoking a cigarette and identified himself as the driver who had been called to Driver’s house.

He declined to comment on what happened or confirm reports that he had been injured the day before, saying he had told by police not to talk to the media.

He didn’t have any visible injuries or scrapes.
