Help me design the Datsun fuel system!

So basically I need to build this (see picture below) The only catch is that I want to use -8AN PTFE fuel line up to the fuel rails at the number 6 position. The rest needs to be 3/8 which is -6AN I believe.

I could use help naming the pieces, I've had a rough day and I could use some help.

1. Quick Connect Fuel Rail Line Adapter Fitting -6AN to 3/8 Hose

Not sure why you have designed in a loop. Would a Y-Block be simpler? Two -6AN in and a -8AN out
