hmmm that suv was technically in the passing lane.
It's hard to judge this one. because technically the car that rolled over, passed the suv on the shoulder.

Huh? The SUV tried to make a left turn/u turn from the right lane. The car took evasive action and still got clipped.

SUV driver = moron. On the flip side, speed shown on the recording would suggest car was doing at least 120k when it passed.
