Engine DTC code 0125

Need advice on thermostat temp for supercharged engine 02 2v 4.6. Threw a code 0125 Insufficient coolant temp for closed loop fuel control.Seems as though it is not getting hot enough.Code came up after about an hour on the highway running at about 120 kph. Happened twice now. Then drove to Owen sound and back to Sutton and no code.Coolant level is up , thinking might need hotter thermostat running a 160 now. Any advice would be welcome thanks.

Went back to a 180 in my own car, using oil cooler to control max temps, working well with zero issues no matter the outside temps.

Ya, need 180 minimum, but a colder t/stat really isnt worth it IMO, unless you like using more fuel.

I found even the popular 170 stat caused headaches with mine in anything but super hot weather.
