Did it lean before the new springs?
How much is the lean?

You installed the springs? Or somebody else?
I assume you have already checked to see if the spring tails are properly positioned on both sides?
You're not going to like my only suggestion: swap the springs left-right and see if the lean follows.
I've encountered the "fox rear lean", but never seen a problem with the SN95's.

I just adjusted the springs lastnight cause i thought they werent sitting in perches 100% .
here is what i have done so far.
1: checked rear spring pigtails.. they are identical and proper.
2: torqued all suspension bolts at ride simulated ride height
3: checked front spring pigtails to make sure they are sitting in there grooves
4: set caster/camber plates so they are identical each side
could a bent or improperly installed front sway bar pull one side down compared to the other?
* my issue is in the front. Not the rear..

have never heard of a bent sway bar, not even sure that's possible, but easy enough to check: just disconnect the links.
If all else fails.... install coil overs :D

I know my buddy had similar situation and he double checked everything under the sun. The only thing that seemed to work for him and got it perfect was shimming the front sway bar. Note, I'm not sure how safe this is so experiment with caution!

I am going to go out on a limb and say it might not be anything you have added, rather say is the shell you bought straight? Never been wrecked?

its my ashpalt driveway but i've checked it on my drive on hoist at work and its still un level..
I went home at lunch and yanked the front sway bar and it made it "better" Tonight after work im gonna pull the springs out and take a look at them. maybe one is junk and letting it sag .

car does have a rebuilt title and likely has a story behind it. however that being said if it was off that much, you'd figure i would have had some issues putting the car together? everything fit as it should. didnt have to pry anything .

Switched springs from side to side , cleaned pockets out , it's a ton better , not perfect but it's better for sure
