This is somewhat directed to ZR since he would be doing the work I presume.

Parts I currently have

93 cobra mc
3 to 2 lines
prop valve
stock prop plug
mm front ss lines
calipers
95 hub and spiindles
97 axles
cobra rear mounting brackets and calipers

Assuming that you have pads / rotors / frt caliper anchors and hardware too?

caliper brackets yes. rotors and pads yes. Hardware no. And I know I am missing dust shields front and back

I talked to Ed about this before and Dust sheilds on a nice day car aren't really necessary. On the 13/14 GT500 Ford pretty much eliminated them up front.
Which SS lines did you get? You may need some fittings for the front passenger side brake line and the rear brake lines. MM has them on their website.

'97 axles?

MM sells a prop valve delete, really simplifies and cleans up that area.
Hardware for caliper brackets to spindle bolts.
Either NRC brackets for the rear or correct ones for diff / caliper brackets / axles you've got + hardware.
Either conversion line set for the front or adapter fitting from MM.
As asked above, sure on what axles you've got?

Yes rear axles out of a 97 gt. Can I measure them to make sure?

Ya, you can but why do you have '97 axles? You'll have a hard time fitting wheels since they'll stick out too far.

What about E brake cables?

Can use either the FMS cables + adjustable front or go with SN95 rears plus the required floor / tunnel bracket and hdwr.

Ya, but youre working on a fox so I'm wondering why you have '97 axles.......

budget. I just happened to come across a set that were cheap. This brake swap is not inexpensive if you do it correctly.

Thanks Ponyryd. I was thinking about that when I bought them but I think I will be modest with the tires I put on and the wheels are the 2000 gt wheels. I knew I would be limited.

thanks to everyone all you guys know your shit.

Okay, with GT wheels and 245s you should be fine, may need to roll the lip though, keep an eye on it.
Otherwise I'd ask about your lower ball joints, either swap them out for '94 joints or you'll need a spacer or a series of washers to mount your fox joints to the sn spindles.
Also, as stated you will need the proper e-brake cables and hardware.
