MRT hood struts

was just trying to install a set of MRT hood struts on my 2015,drivers side done without a hitch but now seems that the lower ball for the passengers side bracket has been installed backwards...does anyone know if you can knock or press the ball out and repress back in on the right side?

I thought they were threaded in, on the ball side is there not a spot for a wrench? if they're pressed in they're probably also welded since the brackets are pretty thin, in which case you should just have mrt send you a correct bracket. If that's not an option you can grind the weld down and swap it over.

sounds like they sent you two lefts instead of one right and one left bracket

no there is a right and left just the ball was pressed in from the wrong side.

well it seems I received one bracket for a 2015 and 2014 but still need to send a pic(I guess they wont take my word for it) seems like a whole lot of bullshit for a piece that likely cost them a couple of bucks!!!
