I order this from Costco earlier in the week and it arrived yesterday:

First impressions: It's a nice piece. Well put together with decent materials. The square chuck did not fit well on the valve stems of Ol Paint, but no worries as the gauge came with a ball chuck as well. Changing the chucks was a little difficult for me. Using a set of slip joint pliers on the knurled portion below the chuck proved unsuccessful and marred the knurling when I tried to loosed the chuck. Change to locking pliers was the ticket (or if you have a vice, use that). The chuck had thread locker on it which explains why it was so hard to get off. With the ball chuck installed I could now check the pressures. The ball chuck fit much better than the square one. Reading the gauage was easy, as was releasing pressure with the bleed-off button. If I could change one thing it would be to have a swivel on both the guage and the chuck (it only has one on the chuck).

....and the dial glows in the dark!

I had no problem with the supplied chuck, worked great on my wheels. The bleed off valve is a nice touch for adjusting air pressures.

Includes:

High-flex 35.6 cm (14 in.) hose with angle and ball chuck
Protective rubber bumper
Clear re-sealable poly storage bag
LOL, it's a zip-lock bag! seriously.

On a customer service note, the Longacre rep. just called me. He was just checking to confirm that the second order I placed was not a duplicate (I ordered a second one for Ghost Rider).
