just finished aod/t5 swap and car won't turn over, connected the 2 connectors at neutral safety switch under dash, car will turn over when jumped at solenoid, car also has aftermarket security system with a mess of wires under dash, any guesses on if it would be neutral safety switch or one of the wires on security system might have come loose/detached when digging under dash doing pedal swap? I don't need or want security system but don't know anything about wiring, how hard is it to remove?

did you jump the one under the car? the one under the dash is suppose to go to the clutch assembly

clutch pedal switch is? under car in trans tunnel is the 4 wire loom that connected to auto trans, what do you do with this? there is a connector on the 5spd that you don't need to connect to anything? There is also a 2 wires on the 5 spd that is for reverse lights? yes, i'm a little slow at understanding this so be nice.
Switch is at the pedal itself.
Too bad Slope isn't around, he'd even be able to tell you what color the wires are.
Decent write up here.

it seems to be the neutral safety switch at clutch pedal, adjusted it and car turned over, why is it always the simplest things that mess me up?
Cool it was just that simple, nicely done.
