The window regulator/motor crapped out on rear driver side door of our "new" Escape last night. Called around for pricing to the usual places and Fast Ed and Parkway came through with pricing as good as that big over the border parts place. Another one here - the Lincoln needed a coolant hose setup after the original sprung a leak, and a wheel stud. Ed got both ordered in from 2 warehouses in the US and coordinated to arrive in time.

Just wanted to add the great service and quick response from Ed, I ordered a 3G alternator and front hub assembly. Found they had shipped the wrong part(hubs) in the box and Ed quickly recognized the error and promptly found a solution and delivered the replacements.

He does go way above and beyond. I needed winter tires on the Edge. He took my car into work so the purchase and install could take place and let me use his car so I wouldn't miss my daughter's hockey game. Unbelievable service for sure!
