who has a red two tone four eyed

i'm getting ready to paint my 86 car and wanted to see some otheres that are red and have the lower half painted ( black,grey,silver ) post em up let see

I sold the car before I had it painted, but when I was thinking of painting my coupe I had someone photoshop what it could look like. I think it may have been Jibbijib that did this. post up a pick of your car and someone may be able to do the same.

I was thinking doing grey from the body side moulding down, painting the moulding and lower half all one colour.. and leave the top red

foxes have a natural body line (you can see it pretty clearly in the reflection in your pic) that suits the two-tone split. I like this better - just my opinion. Like these here:

I believe many cars came from the factory painted this way. There is a guy on this board (or the other one) that has an all original 85 or 86 vert in this exact colour scheme.

It hides the black rubber on the rear quarter better.

But I prefer the black on top, and (insert colour here) on the bottom.

as do I Don! I think the black on top stands out much better and breaks the colour from the black of the tires.
