Anyone done, seen or dreamed about doing this?
I have two tilt front end frame setups and have thought of building a one piece flip front end; but that is likely a pipe dream.
One is aftermarket universal, other one is a hood mechanism from a late 80's Buick LeSabre.
Anyone ?

The problem i see is the fox has so much front overhang that it would probably hit the ground before it would open enough to work on

Unless you reinforced the lower clip and installed the mounting point lower on the front clip.

It would appear a lift off hood is what that one pc front end wants. I gather that for easier swapping of motors, blowers and different cowl heights without having to change the whole front end? Pretty good price for nose+fender combo actually. Probably looks like ass for a street car tho

honestly...I think if it was prepped & painted right...you would be hard pressed to see the difference between the flip front & stock
