After an incident last winter followed up by a tumble down the basement stairs, ended up with a torn rotator cuff. Very fortunate to be headed into surgery tomorrow. Hoping my recovery falls into the best case scenario so I can get back to work sooner vs later (ok maybe fingers crossed I get to ride my sled at least a lil). Thankfully Ross is here to pick up the slack, always appreciated.

I had both shoulders done in last four years, as reverse total shoulder replacements.
Follow "doctor's orders" on meds nobody else advice and take it easy on lifting, so no snowtire changes.
Take it easy now because in future it pays in your lifestyle to take it easy.
And when you come around after the opp don't tell the nurses you feel like you are in heaven with these angels around you - old stuff to them...
Good healing.
