Stupid YouTube requiring sign in now?

WTF, enter into the YouTube act on my Roger's box on my TV and the layout has changed and it’s basically forcing me to log in if I want to watch. This is a huge PITA as sometimes it is nice to not always be tracked and logged into google for data collection. I mean the increased ad content has become much more annoying enough before adding this additional layer of BS!

Not sure if there is a work around other than not watching YouTube anymore.

fisrst something has to happen to end Googles add monopoly. until then creators cant go anywhere else and make money.

Seeing this is for a Rogers' box, I'm of no help... If it were for an Android box, SmartTube is a great substitute to YouTube. No Ads and no sign-in required.
