This isn't a bike but close enough, lol.
I helped my brother finish one of his projects.
Three years ago, he purchased a 2008 Arctic Cat TZ1 with a blown motor. Then he found a used 1100 engine and picked it up near Ottawa. He then started to install the engine but had to put the project aside.
Last year, I told him I was looking for a 4 stroke sled and he offered me the TZ1...but we had to put it back together.
It took us a few weeks at 2-3 hours per night, to figure out where everything went. Luckily, he put the bolts, screws and small pieces in identified plastic bags. We also used the service and parts manuals as well as information from Arctic chat forum.
It's almost ready to go...just waiting on clutch parts to arrive.
A few pics of the journey...

There is some clutch noise since we put it back together with wrong parts so that we could start it.
