Rust Proofing Time

I hate to bring this rustproofing topic up again, but 2 of the people that were recommended to me last year are persona non grata.
King auto in Nobleton does not do it anymore and Dundas location for Corrosion free application was not as expected.
Any places to recommend, can travel to TO for a good job.
