What’s it worth

A buddy of mine has a friend who’s , I think, dad past away and is now selling his Mustang. It has been driven in the winter , has been undercoated every year, but driven minimal in winter. Is somewhat low mileage. Here’s details I’ve been given:

Not sure how far the market is gonna fall but of the rides I'm watching (Z06 / SS 1LE and ZL1 Camaro's) prices have fallen some but virtually nothing is selling since late June / early July.

Obviously winter driven hurts it imo. I think in the spring it 'should' be a low 30s car. Probably to sell today would be high 20s.
