For upholstery, I have used New Image in Scarborough, it has been a few years though.

I've seen some nice interior restorations there in the past.

I used http://www.trimtechinteriors.com/ to do the seats in my t bird ~ happy with the results , but pricy!
I have also used New Image but many years ago !
