Put my 2019 PP2 away today. Best summer ever especially since changing to Michelin 4S tires. The car continues to amaze and the tires are incredible!

That’s ok Mav, don’t you take the cover off and sit in it in the garage? :)
( you wouldn’t be the only one that does it on here ) lol

Who’s waking up their rides this weekend? Cover came off yesterday, hooked up the battery and aired up the tires. I have insurance set up to start tomorrow.
Would if I could get near mine or had engine back for the other.

Mines in pieces….but that’s half the fun.
We’ve had a few rains so I expect the roads are good to go.

I can actually say mine is back together, but one more piece to remove and replace. Waiting on a new lock ring and gasket before tackling the fuel pump. LOL, May sounds about right.
^ No reason not to fire up on old pump.

Tempted. But then I’d have to deal with pressurized fuel lines again. And old gas.

Noticed last spring a very small smudge of oil on the garage floor that I thought was likely from the transmission. Ford said no and replaced the oil pan and gasket. This year another blotch same size is present. It is far enough back again that makes me think it’s tranny. Maybe a seal at the yoke that hooks up to the driveshaft?
Anyway still under warranty so she’s going back to Ford again.

All is good, pretty sure the oil smudge is from the previous winter after I’ve had a closer look. Phew!

Can’t believe we are here already but I decided to put Sinister away for the winter yesterday. Going to be a long winter, hopefully next summer will bring better weather than we had this year.

This mild weather has really made me anxious to get my Mustang back on the road soon….that is if Vaughan ever stops dumping salt on the roads just to get rid of it!
I am thinking end of April. When does everyone else plan to wake up your toys?
Same over here Fab, hwys are slathered.
Me, hoping next couple of weeks for at least one of em.

April 1 I will put insurance on and hope for the best.
Roads in my area are not too bad, had mine out a few times already.
Drove it to wing night yesterday.

More excited to get it out this year then in the past.
Roads up here are close. But it’ll likely snow again just because.

Couldn’t resist bringing my new ride to WNNOTC last night. Took it to work today too, glorious drive home this afternoon.
Your new car is a stunner Ed, congrats.

And just like that the season is coming to an end. Sinister goes into storage tomorrow. Super crappy weather and work commitments meant I only drove it about 2000km.
All cleaned up and ready for a long winter nap. :-(

Only mod this year was seat belt retainers for the seats (fixed the seatbelt digging into my neck). A worthy upgrade for any s550 owner with the (non recaro) comfort seats as I no longer use that stupid strap on the seat side. Bonus is they look and feel OEM.
