I contacted him to discuss a solution I had to fix my 6 year old POS Samsung stove.
He confirmed the part was bad and got me the part number and where to pick it up.

Great guy! He saved my ass last year when my fridge died at the height of the pandemic. Every dealer said waiting list was 6-12 months long for even a basic fridge, he was able to hook me up with a new fridge in 1 month.

Dude is awesome, no question. He has helped me several times with appliance issues and I’ve never even bought anything from him. Always quick to reply as well, I would buy all my appliances from him if I could, no question.
