Paintless Dent Repair body shop?

Does any one know a body shop that does paintless Dent repair that works with insurance? Needs to be a body shop that can do paint too. Somewhere in Durham or Scarborough

My Mustang got hit by massive hail damage a few days ago while visiting Family. The top has 100's of dime to quarter size dents. there are also a few chips

I wouldn't want to bother your uncle if he doesn't do it much anymore, but if you could ask him if he still knows a good shop he trusts I'd appreciate it thanks.

approx 200 dents. Really worried that they will write off the car.

So the estimate was for $3400 for PDR. Insurance will cover it. but the PDR place is booked until November 1

Joel, I had mine done at Prestige Dent Repair on Westney Rd ~ the guys name is Brian 905-431-3176, maybe he can do it sooner or do u have to use the insurance company recommended shop ?
BTW ~ very happy with his work, cannot tell where it was !

Even tho Nov. is so far away I am relieved that it will be fixed, but there is a part of me that is curious of what insurance would have given me IF it was a write off. Looking On the line... there are not many of these cars left I had to do a Canada wide search and the value has gone up. Its even harder to find a True Blue one!

I got my car back on Friday... and i was Pissed

Before I brought it in I spent 4 hours washing and detailing the car. I expected to get it back in better condition then I left it. They call me a 4pm to pick it and they close at 5pm. I manage to get there in time and I try to go over it in detail, but they left it out in the rain and the car is filthy. Water spots and dust. How was I supposed to see any dents like this.

I also requested some extra work clean up a few scuffs and have a scrape on the bumper buffed out. Which they said they completed. I cant really see because the state of the car. but its as clear as day that they did not touch the bumper.

I ended up talking to the manager aboot it and he apologized and told me to bring it back on Monday and they will clean it up, fix the bumper and scuffs and i will be able to go over it in a few days.

So that's not the worst part... I get home park her in the garage and i try to look her over in the garage under my 10,000 lumens cob light. Thats when my wife came to great me... and right off the bat she notices issues that i dint even see.

For some reason my fender doesn't line up with my hood and it doesn't fit in the headlight groove. There is also still a big dent on the fender that they missed. My antenna is lose and wobbly.

They also had to replace the plastic bezel thing below the window and wipers. A hail broke right through.

and there's a 6 inch gap in the middle of the rubber seal. i can see and feel the bottom of my windshield

As some of you know i like to keep my paint clean... I have little to no swirls and holograms in my paint, you can shave you balls off the hood, but now i have this:

Scratches could be from like a buttons, zippers or something. I also now have swirls on the top edge above both driver and passenger windows. prolly from reaching over to get the dents out.

This morning i brought her to the shop again and ripped them a new one.

The shop has a poster in the waiting room "Please don't forget to rate us 5 stars on Google" SO i asked the Manager aboot it and if he believed i received 5 star service. His answer was no, but we will make it right

Wow, that is bad. My OCD is going nuts. Sorry to see what had happened. Just keep an eye out for those scratches as they may remove too much clear coat.

So i asked for said Proof, because in my photos and the photos sent to insurance it doesn't show it

So I hit a brick wall with the shop and insurance. I had another Adjuster look at the car, and they want me to go back to the shop to get repairs done. I refused to go back. I went to DaSilva and I had them install a OEM cowl and I sent the receipt to insurance. I also went to a few recommended body shops and I got the same response from both. They don't want to deal with another shops shitty work. I don't blame them. I hate working on someone else's project. I waste most of my time fixing mistakes. Both shops recommend I go back to the original shop and make them accountable.

Anywhoo. I am storing her for the winter and i'll deal with it in the spring.

Speaking of spring.. I asked DaSilva to give them a look because the good doctor told me they were sagging and could snap. If I took it easy they could last a good 4 years (its why I haven't been to the track for a while)

The front Passenger spring broke

So I have to save up some cash. Any suggestions on springs or kits?? Any good sales??

If you need a factory spring to get you through let me know, be happy to donate you one of my factories. As for brands, I have had great experience with H&R springs.

Thats the Funny thing these are Eibach. They have lifetime warranty.... for the previous owner. I have no receipt and I've made few calls...nothing.. Even DaSilva gave it a try too... nope.

I'd either go back to stock used or opt for H&R.
We have long since given up on Eibach springs due to inconsistent height and premature breakage.
