LTB- 91 Mustang AC Compressor

Might be a long shot but I'm looking for a good used AC compressor for my 91.

So common for them to leak between case (warp) find it more cost effective to replace with reman.
If you want to try a seal kit, look on Rock Auto, pretty sure they carry.

When it is warped is that leak internal? My system doesn't have any leaks, just doesn't seem to build much pressure.
Unit spins pretty freely by hand
I'll check Rock Auto again, didn't see a seal kit when I looked

You would see the leak on the outside between middle / main body and either front or rear section.
Has it recently been apart or something happen to it?

Looks like they only carry front seal for the clutch now.
Plugged or missing orifice tube maybe?
Does high or low PSI look normal or both low? Charge have an affect on either?

I had the system apart to do the heater core, I had it recharged and in the process realized the low and high side pressures weren't where they were suppose to be.
I also found that the pressure switch was jumped with a small bare wire (connector was plugged in to switch)

It seem too, didn't really use it that much being a vert and all.
I assume they jumped the switch because it was bad or the compressor was or the compressor went bad because they jumped the switch

Sometimes it's as simple as they had no idea all it needed was a shot of freon to bring psi up enough to engage.

i have a compressor as well not sure if it works but its on my bench its in scarborough or whitby whatever is closer for you
