So to make a long story short I will be getting a credit from Essex Distribution for a set of H&R springs I had ordered from my previous car. With that being said I have figured to go with either of the following two H&R springs for my 2011 GT. If anyone can give me some details or info regarding them it would be appreciated, even if you don't have H&R springs some help with things to expect when lowering with the the difference springs. Thanks.

H&R SPORT
Front 1.0"
Rear 1.6"
(Lowers 1.5 - 2.0 inches on average)

H&R SUPER SPORT
Front 1.7"
Rear 2.4"
(Lowers 1.75 - 2.3 inches on average)

I have the Steeda sports on Ol Paint and I think the drop is the same as the H&R Sports. I'm very happy with the look.

Steeda sports look n ride amazing in Stephens car. Suspect H&R sports would be close to the same.

Roush springs here I love them had them on my 06 as we'll not too low, also steeda caster camber plates and a steeda pan hard bar are a must IMO

I have a set of the Eibach pro's on my car. I think they are pretty close in spec to the H&R Sports. I'd choose the Sports if it was my car. That will be my next set when needed.

I had Ford Racing springs on my 12' vert that took it down about 1.5" and I thought it looked perfect. The right was still basically stock feeling too.

you may want to look into the spring rates of these options if they are not the same. spring rates will have an impact on the ride quality and whether you will need to match them to new shocks/struts to get the most out of them beyond the drop in height.

The roush ones are about the same drop as the ford jobs more then enough IMO any more then that and your scraping every place

Thanks guys. Looking at the settled heights there not that far off from one another. I think for the sake of comfort I'll go with the Sports. Panhard Bar and camber bolts / plates are on the list.

H&R sports would be your best bet Hemant. Super sport would be good if if you were swapping your shocks as well.
