I installed an Arlo video doorbell yesterday. I got the wired version to replace my existing doorbell. Other than having to make a spacer to mount the unit to the door frame, the installation was straight forward. So far I'm impressed with the way it works. I had a bit of an issue getting access to the system for my wife's phone, but the Arlo technical team was very helpful and talked me through it. The service is included for the first 3 months then a paid subscription to Arlo starts at $3.99/ month if you want storage of the video files, plus other features.
