Had to access the Headers through the back panel in the trunk.
It has quite the air box set up, many clips and many fasteners.

With all the heat shields off the headers. Finally able to see them!

A little comparison of what came off and what went on. Noticed a big difference in weight in the two units. All the heat shields weighed a ton as well as the old headers & Cats.

(the bag is to cover the air intake.)
Side note... you literally have to get inside of the 'trunk' to work on these headers. A total rib killing job. ZR is a champ

Once original heat shields, headers and air box are off, new headers are a breeze to install, especially on the drivers side. Keeping them sealed up and quiet using OEM MLS gaskets vs cheepies that come in the box.

Thanks, I learned a lot from this one.
So this install can only be done with a CTC plastic bag not Loblaws or Princess Auto, right. Just asking for a friend.
